We use reliable shipping company like DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT etc, we use only shipping company with online tracking service.

2. Where do we ship?

We ship worldwide.

3. How long does it take to deliver?

The shipping time varies from countries, normally speaking 5-10 working days. Please note: The Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time Tailoring time is 2-3 weeks depending on design, tailoring time might be longer for difficut design and busy season orders. Rush orders available with etra fee, you can contact us if you need your dresses urgently.

4. How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping cost $100 (quinceanera dresses are very big and heavy) Expedited shipping cost $150 which can deliver the dress 3-5 days .

5. How can i track my parcel?

We will send you the tracking number by email as soon as we send your dress out.

6. Who will pay the tax?

We will mark all packages as gift and low value to avoid from tax, however, buyers need to pay the customs and import taxes if there is any.

We accept payment via all major Credit and Debit Cards , Paypal, Western Union/Money Gram, Bank Transfer

For credit card & paypal payment, you can do it online.

Refund and Exchange Policy

• Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if you changed your mind. Please kindly understand most of our dresses are made to order, once we start, the fabric can not be used, finished gowns might not be able to sold. Please refer the cancellation policy, if you would like to cancel your order.

1. Order canceled within 24 hours of payment will get full refund.

2. Order canceled after 24 hours, will get partial refund depending on the process. (If we cut the fabric, fabric cost will be deducted; if we finished sewing, whole cost would be deducted & you will receive the shipping cost+ our profit)

3. Orders can not be cancelled after shipping.

• Exchange

1. Contact us within 3 working days after you receive the product.

2.We will ship the new product once we receive the product you returned.

3.You need to pay the shipping fee.

• Return

We will issue a full refund if the product you received has any quality problem caused by us.

Please see the following list of quality issues that are for full refund: 

Wrong Size(size is different from what you ordered),

Wrong Color(color is different from what you ordered, please note slight color difference does not means wrong color)

• How to return

Please read carefully if you are returning your purchase

1. Contact us within 5 working days of receiving the order.

2. Provide us with photos of the product, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color problem etc.

3.Once we approve your return request, please ship the product out asap

4.When we receive the returned product,the refund will be sent within 48 hours.

5. The returned product must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.

6. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided, if the package got lost during the shipping, we will not be able to refund.

7. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.

8. For the return address, we will give you the return address by email after we approve your return request.
